Kenny Waggoner 

Mr. Waggoner joined Ducenta in 2025 and is based in Southern California. He has an extensive background in the labor movement working with Taft Hartley Institutional clients and consultants. Previously, he was with McMorgan & Company, where he spent 15 years as Partner/Managing Director, client service and sales. He began his career at Chelsea Management Company where he spent 4 years as Director of Marketing. Mr. Waggoner graduated from Santa Clara University with a major in Finance. He holds a Series 7 FINRA designation.
